Join a friendly, hands-on EHS workshop designed especially for beginners. No experience needed—just bring your creativity and holiday spirit.
Irene Hill will show you how to attach pine cones to a wire frame, then add ribbon and festive embellishments to make a wreath that’s uniquely yours. She’ll also share helpful tips for designing beautiful wreaths for other seasons throughout the year.
All the essentials are provided in the registration cost: wire frames, pine cones, fastening wire, ribbon, and a lovely assortment of decorations.
If you’d like, bring along a special ornament, ribbon in your favourite colour, or a meaningful memento to give your wreath an extra-personal touch.

Date and Time: Saturday November 21st 2026; 10:30am - 12:30pm
Location: Fairfield Senior Centre
Required Supplies will be provided - you can bring any extra embellishments to make the wreath uniquely yours.
Cost: EHS Members: $30
Total number of participants: This workshop will be offered to 12 members so register quickly to get a spot.

A passionate nature lover and year-round gardener, Irene belongs to the Credit Valley and Streetsville Horticultural Societies, where she has demonstrated Christmas wreath making. Having created dozens of wreaths as heartfelt gifts for family and friends, she can’t wait to share her love of seasonal crafting with you.
